An event to motivate at-risk youth in our community to dream the impossible. It is our heartfelt belief that exposure to positive role models will inspire our children to believe that the impossible can become a reality for them.  For our event to be a success we need a true hero such as Astronaut José M. Hernández.  Mr. Hernandez is an exemplary man who overcame insurmountable obstacles, such as economical factors, language barriers, and challenging living conditions.  Unfortunately, his upbringing is very similar to many of our children in the Central Valley.



Club Latinoamericano, Boy Scouts of America, and Univisión invites you to be a sponsor in this endeavor. We are expecting over 2,000 students enrolled in the Boy Scouts of America Scout Reach program and other youth groups from Fresno, Madera, Tulare, Kings and Kern Counties. The Scout Reach Program is a co-ed outreach program directed at underserved communities with the Central Valley. Further, we would like to host a Meet ~N~ Greet reception in honor of Mr. Hernández and in appreciation for your efforts to motivate and cultivate our children’s dreams.
